Exchange and Return Policy

You may return items for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order and return your current full priced item for a refund.
Phoebe Jon is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.

Receive a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If we cannot accept your return due to its condition or the limitations otherwise set forth in these terms, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs back to you or for retrieving the item at our store.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Limitations on Return
Unfortunately final sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
