Exchange and Return Policy

You may return items for a refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $12 restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund.

Phoebe Jon is not liable for items lost after a confirmed delivery or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Receive a Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If we cannot accept your return due to its condition or the limitations otherwise set forth in these terms, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs back to you or for retrieving the item at our store.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Limitations on Return
Unfortunately, final sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
